I For My Pain sono un progetto a cui partecipa Tuomas Holopainen come tastierista. Si tratta di un gruppo finlandese, la cui proposta musicale può essere accostata al filone percorso dagli Him.
I membri dei For My Pain provengono, oltre che dai Nightwish, da altre band come Eternal Tears of Sorrow, Embraze, Charon e Reflexion.
